Octagon Hollow Base Sign

These moveable signs are made of 1/4" LDPE Low Density Polyethylene with Ultra-Violet and Anti-Static Additives for long lasting, maintenance-free use. No painting, ever. The hollow base can be filled with water, sand, gravel or concrete. The base and post are 8' 2" tall. The base is 8" on a side and 20" high to the post. The post is 1.6" steel pipe sleeved with high-density plastic. 

Installation: Fill with concrete for permanent placement or with sand, gravel, or up to 11 gallons of water. The water-filled sign weighs about 100 lbs.

Square Hollow Base Sign

Bollard (Post) Signs

The bollard post and sign package includes a 4" or 6” Schedule 40 Steel Bollard, 1.66 O.D. 14 gauge sign post, 7' long, and a plastic cover for the post and bollard. The sign is not included.

The Bollard is installed in the ground to a 42" depth. The post height from the ground up is 36".

Next, the sign post is placed in the Bollard and filled with cement. The post and bollard are then covered with a Hi-Density Polyethylene Thermoplastic sleeve that never needs painting.The stick portion is 1.90” OD, 1/8” thick, with Ultra-Violet and Anti-Static Additives. Standard color is OSHA Yellow, with Plastic Cap. Standard 3/8” holes are predrilled.

The Bollard is covered with a dome top plastic sleeve, made from the same Lo-Density Thermoplastic Polyethylene but 1/4" thick.  The finished sign is 8'2" in height from the ground.
